Everyone who works with us is checked first.
When someone comes into your home, you should not have to wonder whether anyone checked who they are or whether the right requirements have been met. Every supplier is checked before services begin and monitored after that.
- Required worker screening, qualifications, licences and insurances checked as applicable before services begin
- Ongoing compliance monitoring, not a one-off check at onboarding
- Prices agreed in writing before work begins, with no markup on supplier costs
- Partner arrangements designed to meet applicable aged care requirements

To be clear about the difference: we cannot commence government-funded Support at Home services as a registered provider until our registration is finalised. What we can do now is get to know each other, so that when services begin, the people you refer are not landing with strangers.
