Director
Luke holds overall responsibility for how care is delivered and how the organisation is run financially.
Care operations and clinical governance
Care planning, service coordination, clinical governance, quality and safety.
Supported by Reece Cassidy, Registered Nurse, providing clinical governance and nursing expertise.
Financial governance
Financial management, bookkeeping, accounting, reporting and financial controls.
Supported by an external accountant providing specialist accounting and financial oversight.
Joshua Chapman
Operations Manager
Josh runs the operational side of the business, so the parts you never see work properly.
Corporate governance
Business management, human resources, administration, information technology and organisational strategy.
Clinical oversight
Care planning is supported by clinical governance, with registered nursing expertise available where a person's health and care needs require it.

Providing nursing expertise, clinical governance support and oversight where nursing or clinical input is required.
